6. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are handled according to our published refund policy.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (b) use the service to generate documents that are illegal, fraudulent, or misleading; (c) resell access to the platform without written permission; (d) upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding your generated documents) are owned by iLaw Forms and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and documents you create.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time; certain obligations (such as payment for services already rendered) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLaw Forms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
